FINEXSI just published its study « Conventions réglementées : pratique des émetteurs (SBF 120) en 2014 et incidences du nouveau dispositif pour 2015″ (« Regulated agreements : overview of the issuers’ practice in 2014 and impacts of new regulatory measures in 2015 »).
The study consisted in investigating the reference documents published in 2014 by the SBF 120’ issuers. The analysis of the special reports being part of the reference documents enabled Finexsi to give an overview of the practice applied by issuers on regulated agreements and to measure in which extend the AMF’s proposals contained in the recommandation n°2012-05 have been followed in 2014. The mother main objective of the study is to assess potential impacts of new regulatory measures in 2015.
This study has been carried out by the experts on « Financial Communication and regulated information » of FINEXSI.
