As part of this transaction the President of the Nanterre Commercial Court, by a decree of 14 February 2018, appointed Finexsi and Mr Didier Kling as joint auditors of the merger, to advise on the valuation of the assets transferred and the fairness of the exchange parity.
This appointment was conducted by Olivier Péronnet and Lucas Robin.
