Biography
Mallaury joined Finexsi in September 2018.
She has developed expertise in financial valuation and in advising finance departments. Until 2024, she was also involved in a large number of audits of company and consolidated financial statements under IFRS and French GAAP in a variety of business sectors.
Areas of expertise
- Mallaury provides consultancy services to finance departments, helping them to restructure and address their financial management issues (financial processes and reporting, cash management, etc.).
- She has extensive experience of financial valuations and is involved in contractual valuations and market transactions (independent appraisals).
- Mallaury has also managed audit mandates for major French groups with international operations.
