Biography
Célio joined Finexsi in 2020, following two earlier experiences at an audit firm (EY) and an asset management company (Métropole Gestion).
He has significant experience in financial valuation and in the appraisal of contributions in kind and mergers, for both listed and unlisted companies.
He has also gained experience in litigation support and in statutory audit (French GAAP and IFRS).
Areas of expertise
- Célio regularly works on financial valuation engagements in a variety of contexts, including capital market transactions (fairness opinions), ownership transfer transactions and shareholder disputes.
- He also carries out engagements relating to the appraisal of contributions in kind and mergers.
- In addition, he occasionally works on litigation support.
