Biography
Marc joined Finexsi in 2019 after gaining initial experience in mergers and acquisitions and six years at Ledouble.
He has extensive expertise in financial valuations and asset transfer and merger audits.
Areas of specialisation
- Marc is regularly involved in financial valuation assignments within the framework of contractual valuations or market transactions (independent appraisals).
- He also acts as statutory appraiser for asset transfers and mergers.
- Lastly, Marc is also involved in litigation assistance and damages valuations for the firm’s corporate clients.
