Biography
Olivier joined Finexsi in 2019 as Associate Director after 6 years with the Eutelsat Group as CFO of the EuroBroadband business unit (10 subsidiaries in Europe) and CEO of the Italian subsidiaries based in Turin.
Olivier worked for 14 years at Ernst & Young’s Paris office in the Large Companies department. He spent a year in the United States assisting clients in the automotive sector with the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley. Olivier was also a partner and Managing Director of Roëdl & Partners Com Audit, an accounting, auditing and consultancy firm. Olivier was responsible for developing the Advisory business line.
Olivier has significant experience of audit and advisory assignments in international environments. Olivier regularly provides support and transformation services to finance departments and investment funds, drawing on his operational experience as CFO.
Areas of specialisation
- Olivier is in charge of advisory activities, with a particular focus on supporting and transforming finance departments and assessing and strengthening internal control systems.
- Olivier also provides assistance with litigation (loss assessment, claims, etc.).
- Olivier is also involved in mandates approved by the French and European anti-trust authorities.
