Biography
Olivier Péronnet is a founding partner of Finexsi.
He is a Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor, Expert before the Paris Court of Appeal and approved by the French Supreme Court.
He previously held the position of Manager (audit, statutory audit, organisation) at Arthur Andersen before becoming a partner at FCC Audit & Conseil and then Chairman of Péronnet & Associés.
Olivier is a member of numerous professional associations. He is President of the Association Professionnelle des Experts Indépendants (APEI), Honorary President of the Compagnie Nationale des Experts Comptables de Justice (CNECJ), member of the Standard Review Board of the International Valuation Standards Committee (IVSC), member of the Compagnie des Conseils et Experts Financiers (CCEF), member of the Société Française des Évaluateurs (SFEV), member of the Valuation Commission of the Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes (CNCC) and member of the Compagnie Nationale des Experts Judiciaires en Finance (CNEJEF) and the Compagnie Nationale des Experts Judiciaires en Finance et Diagnostic (CNEJFD).
Olivier is also a guest lecturer at the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature (ENM), where he teaches continuing education courses for magistrates.
