Olivier Peronnet, CEO, and Christophe Lambert, Partner, led the team in charge of the cross-border merger audit between TECHNIP SA, french company in Paris and the american company FMC TECHNOLOGIES INC., based in Houston. This assessment was entrusted by Paris Commercial Court order.
Subject to the approval of the two groups’ General meetings to be held on December 5, 2016, the merge will be operational early 2017.
