Finexsi is appointed as an independent expert, to deliver an opinion on the financial terms fairness regarding the project of increase of the capital, reserved to the SoLocal group’s creditors. This is in the framework of the financial restructuring project of the group.
The capital increase will be voted by the General Assembly on October 19, 2016. SoLocal group is a listed group, European leader of the local digital communication with leading brands such as Pages Jaunes, Mappy, Ooreka, A Vendre A Louer.
