As part of this transaction, Finexsi, represented by Olivier Péronnet, was appointed as joint appraiser of the merger on the orders of the Paris Commercial Court, alongside the Ledouble consultancy. Each appraiser was responsible for producing the reports required by law on the details of the merger and the value of the assets transferred. These reports, together with all other information relating to the merger, will be made available to shareholders.
This appointment is being conducted by Olivier Péronnet and Lucas Robin.
