November 2014 – FINEXSI acts as independent expert in the context of the public tender offer on Générale de Santé shares

Ramsay Health Care, an Australian group, launched a public takeover offer on Générale de Santé (the largest private hospital group in France, with 19 000 employees, 7 000 of them nurses and 4 000 of them nursing assistants and 75 healthcare centers in France).

In this context, FINEXSI Expert & Conseil Financier was appointed by the board of Générale de Santé as independent expert to issue a report on the offer’s financial conditions.

FINEXSI gave a positive fairness opinion on the transaction which valuates Générale de Santé around 945 million Euros.

FINEXSI’s team worked under the supervision of Olivier Péronnet and Lucas Robin.
