On 7 May, Olivier Peronnet, Founder and Partner at Finexsi, spoke alongside Louis-Marie Pillebout to students on the Finance and Strategy Masters course at Sciences Po Paris as part of the “Regulatory Law in Banking and Finance” module, on the topic of stockmarket-related harm for shareholders.
During the session, there was a detailed discussion with students about legal matters and methods for measuring and compensating harm suffered by shareholders in listed companies in cases where false or misleading information is disseminated.
