Finexsi a remis son rapport en qualité d’expert indépendant dans le cadre du projet d’offre publique d’achat visant les actions Micropole

Le Conseil d’Administration de Micropole du 3 avril 2024 a désigné le cabinet Finexsi en qualité d’expert indépendant dans le cadre du projet d’Offre Publique d’Achat initiée par la société Miramar Holding et visant les actions Micropole.

Au terme de ses travaux, Finexsi a émis le 28 mai 2024 une attestation d’équité, qui a été annexée à la note en réponse.

La mission a été conduite par Olivier Courau, assisté d’Adeline Burnand.
