Last June, the Board of Directors of Technicolor, on the proposal of the ad hoc Committee, appointed FINEXSI as independent expert in the context of its financial restructuring plan.
Delivered on July 10th 2020 by Olivier Péronnet and Errick Uzzan, the purpose of the independent expert’s report was to give an opinion on the fairness of the terms and conditions of the company’s restructuring from the perspective of the current shareholders.
