Finexsi, represented by Olivier Péronnet, was appointed as joint auditor for the acquisition of Berendsen by Elis.
Finexsi produced a report on the value of shares in Berendsen Plc to be acquired by Elis SA, together with a fairness report on the consideration for the transfer of these shares.
These reports were included in the deal documentation made available to the public as part of the issue and admission for trading on Euronext Paris of 69,052,152 new Elis shares in payment for the acquisition of Berendsen shares by Elis.
