April 2016 – Finexsi is appointed as independent appraiser by the supervisory board of SOCIÉTÉ DES PRODUITS MARNIER LAPOSTOLLE.

In application of articles 261-1I et II of Autorité des MarchésFinanciers (« AMF ») General Regulations, Finexsi has been appointed as independent appraiser by the supervisory board of SOCIÉTÉ DES PRODUITS MARNIER LAPOSTOLLE, in the project of the takeover bid launched by DAVIDE CAMARI MILANO SPA.

FINEXSI’s fairness opinion has been included in the information notice appendixes of SOCIÉTÉ DES PRODUITS MARNIER LAPOSTOLLE, in reply to the project of takeover bid on April 27, 2016.
