On April 8, 2022, the Board of Directors of Ucar appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed simplified tender offer initiated by GOA LCD (Groupe Cosmobilis) and targeting the Ucar shares.
Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on May 24, 2022, which was attached to the note in response.
The assignment was led by Olivier Péronnet, assisted by Marc de La Bédoyère.
