On May 26, 2023, the Board of Directors of Paragon ID appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed simplified tender offer initiated by Grenadier Holdings and targeting the Paragon ID shares.
Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on August 4, 2023, which was attached to the note in response.
