On October 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of Manutan International appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed simplified tender offer – to be possibly followed by a squeeze-out – initiated by Spring Holding and targeting the Manutan International shares.
Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on December 16, 2022, which was attached to the note in response.
