On January 18, 2023, the Board of Directors of Lisi SA appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed public share buyback offer initiated by Lisi SA for its own shares with a view to their cancellation.
Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on March 7, 2023, which was attached to the note in response.
