On February 14, 2024, the Board of Directors of Axway appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed acquisition by Axway Software from Sopra Steria Group of the shares of Sopra Banking Software.
Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued on May 16, 2024 a fairness opinion on the financial terms of the proposed acquisition.
The assignment was led by Olivier Péronnet and Lucas Robin, assisted by Adeline Burnand.
