On November 13, 2023, the Board of Directors of Clariane SE appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the plan to strengthen the financial structure of the Clariane group.
Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued on December 22, 2023 a statement confirming the interest for Clariane SE to implement the plan to strengthen its financial structure which had been announced to the market on November 14, 2023.
The assignment was led by Olivier Péronnet and Olivier Courau, assisted by Maxime Rogeon.
