Biography
Sibylle joined Finexsi in 2025 after eight years at Exco Paris in the litigation support and audit departments, as well as two years as a judicial assistant at the Nanterre Public Prosecutor’s Office.
She has developed strong expertise in the assessment of financial damages and in supporting litigation with significant financial complexity.
In addition, Sibylle teaches an introductory course in financial analysis and accounting as part of the Master 2 program in Private Law at the Université de Nanterre.
Areas of expertise
- Sibylle assesses financial damage assessment in pre-litigation proceedings, amicable negotiations, as well as in litigations before commercial, civil, criminal, and arbitration courts.
- She assists her clients in quantifying their financial losses or in reviewing the opposing party’s financial claims, particularly in cases involving the termination of established commercial relationships, post-acquisition disputes, or claims.
