Biography
Muge joined Finexsi in 2021 as an Associate, after completing two internships in investment banking (Crédit Agricole CIB in France and J.P. Morgan in Turkey) and gaining initial experience in financial valuation at Accuracy.
She has developed expertise in valuing both listed and unlisted companies.
Areas of expertise
• Muge regularly works on financial valuation assignments carried out in the context of market transactions (public offers) and contractual valuations.
• She also performs engagements relating to contribution audits and merger audits.
