Who We Are

Founded in 1997, Finexsi is an independent financial advisory and consulting firm.


Finexsi supports executives, investors, and banks in resolving complex situations that require a synergy of financial, legal, and accounting expertise. We are involved in business valuations, particularly in market operations and company acquisitions (due diligence), and assist our clients in assessing their damages in the context of litigation.
