On May 18, 2022, the Supervisory Board of Nexstage appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed public tender and exchange offer initiated by Nexstage Evergreen and targeting the Nexstage shares.
Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on July 26, 2022, which was attached to the note in response.
