On October 12, 2022, the Board of Directors of Somfy appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed simplified tender offer, to be possibly followed by a squeeze-out, initiated by J.P.J.S. and JP 3 and targeting the Somfy shares.
Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on December 7, 2022, which was attached to the note in response.
