Finexsi issued its report as an independent expert in connection with the proposed simplified tender offer for the CS Group SA shares, to be possibly followed by a squeeze-out.

On July 27, 2022, the Board of Directors of CS Group SA appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed simplified tender offer – to be possibly followed by a squeeze-out – initiated by Sopra Steria Group SA and targeting the CS Group SA shares.

Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on February 27, 2023, which was attached to the note in response.
