On April 17, 2023, the Board of Directors of Vilmorin & Cie appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed simplified tender offer initiated by Société Coopérative Agricole Limagrain and to be possibly followed by a squeeze-out.
Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on May 25, 2023, which was attached to the note in response.
