On June 8, 2023, the Board of Directors of ESI Group appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed tender offer initiated by Keysight Technologies and targeting the ESI Group shares.
Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on November 6, 2023, which was attached to the note in response.
The assignment was led by Olivier Péronnet and Olivier Courau, assisted by Maxime Rogeon.
