On November 7, 2023, the Board of Directors of C.I.F.E. (Groupe ETPO) appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed simplified tender offer initiated by Spie Batignolles and targeting the C.I.F.E. shares.
Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on February 26, 2024, which was attached to the note in response.
