Le Conseil d’Administration d’Axway du 14 février 2024 a désigné le cabinet Finexsi en qualité d’expert indépendant dans le cadre du projet d’acquisition par Axway des actions Sopra Banking Software auprès de Sopra Steria Group.

Au terme de ses travaux, Finexsi a remis le 16 mai 2024 une attestation d’équité portant sur les conditions financières de l’acquisition envisagée.

La mission a été conduite par Olivier Péronnet et Lucas Robin, assistés d’Adeline Burnand.
