Le Conseil d’administration de Somfy du 12 octobre 2022 a désigné le cabinet Finexsi en qualité d’expert indépendant dans le cadre du projet d’Offre Publique d’Achat Simplifiée, suivie le cas échéant d’un retrait obligatoire, initiée par J.P.J.S. et JP 3 et visant les actions Somfy.
Au terme de ses travaux, Finexsi a émis le 7 décembre 2022 une attestation d’équité qui a été annexée à la note en réponse.
