Olivier Péronnet is one of Finexsi’s founding partners. He was previously a Manager (audit, statutory audit, organisation) with Arthur Andersen, before becoming partner at FCC Audit & Conseil and then Chairman of Péronnet & Associés. Olivier is a member of numerous professional associations. He is a member of the French society of expert witnesses in finance and diagnostics (Compagnie Nationale des Experts Judiciaires en Finance et Diagnostic – CNEJFD), a member of the French professional association of independent appraisers (Association Professionnelle des Experts Indépendants – APEI), a member of the French society of financial advisors and appraisers (Compagnie des Conseils et Experts Financiers – CCEF), a member of the French society of valuers (Société Française des Évaluateurs – SFEV), a member of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC), a member of the valuation committee of the French society of statutory auditors (Commission d’évaluation de la Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes) and chairman of the French society of court-appointed chartered accountants (Compagnie Nationale des Experts Comptables Judiciaires – CNECJ – Paris-Versailles Section). Olivier is also an external lecturer providing continuing professional development courses for judges at the French National Magistrates’ School (Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature – ENM).

Didier Bazin

Didier Bazin joined Finexsi as a partner in 2002 having previously been a partner at Mazars in the “large corporations” division. For five years, he was ENA Delegate Rapporteur in charge of controlling the files of listed companies on behalf of the French national society of statutory auditors and French stockmarket regulator COB. He is a member of the professional standards committee of the French national society of statutory auditors and also designs and runs training courses for it.

Areas of specialisation :

Didier is a Statutory Auditor, signing off on the financial statements of international groups in the IT services and pharmaceutical sectors.He signs off on the financial statements of several listed companies.
He is also Technical Director of Finexsi’s audit practice and is involved in assignments involving litigation support and purchase price allocation support.

Olivier Courau joined Finexsi as a Manager in 1998. He is now a partner in the firm. Olivier is a member of the French professional association of independent appraisers (Association Professionnelle des Experts Indépendants – APEI), a member of the French society of financial advisors and appraisers (Compagnie des Conseils et Experts Financiers – CCEF), a member of the French society of valuers (Société Française des Évaluateurs – SFEV).

Areas of specialisation :

Olivier is responsible for litigation support and quantification of harm assignments (representations and warranties, earn-out clauses, etc.) and business and financial instrument valuation assignments.
He also takes part in statutory, merger and legal audit assignments.

Christophe Lambert

Christophe joined Finexsi in 2011 as Managing Partner after working for 12 years at Ernst & Young in Paris, in the large corporation audit department.
Christophe has extensive experience of audit and consultancy assignments with groups and listed companies in an international environment. In particular, his work covers the manufacturing, high-tech and investment fund sectors.

Areas of specialisation :

Christophe has acknowledged expertise in complex corporate audit work involving multiple locations, international accounting standards (IFRSs and US GAAP), regulated financial information and market transactions.
Christophe works as an appraiser on mandates authorised by the French and European antitrust authorities, involving the control or implementation of disposal processes (structural remedies) and the control of behavioural remedies.
He also works on support and advisory assignments relating to merger, acquisition and disposal transactions: disposal preparations, pitching and negotiation, buy-side due diligence, carve-outs and assistance regarding representations and warranties.
Christophe also handles support assignments in relation to disputes (assessing harm, helping to put together the claims file etc.), financial appraisals and statutory audits/mergers.

Lucas Robin joined Finexsi in 2001 after starting his career at Cailliau Dedouit et Associé and then working as a manager at Ernst & Young in its banking, insurance and real estate department.
Lucas has a great deal of experience in valuation assignments, which he has been performing for more than 15 years. Every year, he leads a training course in financial valuation techniques for chartered accountants and statutory auditors.

Areas of specialisation :

Lucas frequently works on assignments involving the valuation of companies and financial instruments, and provides dispute-related support (assessment of harm, analysis of complex financial products and contracts etc.).
Lucas also supervises statutory audit assignments for listed and unlisted companies.

Errick Uzzan joined Finexsi as a partner in 2013. Previously, Errick worked for more than 12 years in the Transaction Advisory Services teams of Big Four accountancy firms (Ernst & Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers).
Errick has international deal experience, having worked in New York and Tel Aviv for several years.

Errick is involved in Finexsi’s international development.
He works mainly on transaction assignments for companies and private equity funds, specialising in due diligence.

Michel RIZZI

Michel joined Finexsi in 1999, and has extensive experience in auditing information systems and advising on IT projects.
He specialises in providing project owner assistance to accounting and financial departments as part of projects to overhaul information systems, acting as project manager.
He helps Finexsi clients define automation and control processes involved in the preparation of financial reporting and co-ordination tools.
He contributes his expertise to audit assignments and to the introduction of internal control procedures and tools.
He also assists with Finexsi’s statutory audit assignments by auditing information systems.

Benjamin handles audit and statutory audit assignments for large French groups.
He frequently contributes to Finexsi’s assignments with respect to the French competition authority.
