On April 28, 2025, the Supervisory Board of Altamir appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed simplified tender offer initiated by Amboise and targeting the Altamir shares.
Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on August 29, 2025, which was attached to the note in response.
