On July 24, 2024, the Board of Directors of Exclusive Networks,, a global leader in cybersecurity, announced that it has appointed Finexsi as an independent expert. Finexsi will be responsible for preparing a report on the fairness of the financial terms of the planned mandatory simplified public tender offer, which may be followed by a compulsory squeeze-out, to be initiated by the consortium composed of Clayton Dubilier & Rice and Everest UK Holdco (an entity controlled by Permira). Additionally, they will provide a solvency opinion on the exceptional distribution planned prior to the offer.
