On June 3, 2024, the Board of Directors of Exclusive Networks appointed Finexsi as independent expert, in connection with the proposed simplified public tender offer initiated by Etna French Bidco and targeting the Exclusive Networks shares.
Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on February 3, 2025 which was attached to the note in response.
