Finexsi issued its report as independent expert in connection with the sale of Sodexo’s shareholding in Sofinsod to Bellon SA

On June 11, 2024, the Board of Directors of Sodexo appointed Finexsi as independent expert, in accordance with AMF recommendations, in connection with the sale of Sofinsod to Bellon SA for € 918 million, enabling the simplification of Sodexo’s shareholding structure.

Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued on July 19, 2024 a fairness opinion for the Board of Directors of Sodexo.
