On April 28, 2025, the Supervisory Board of Altamir appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed simplified tender offer initiated by Amboise and targeting the Altamir shares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on August 29, 2025, which was attached to the note in response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
