On September 16, 2024, the Board of Directors of Esker appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed tender offer initiated by Bridgepoint and targeting the Esker shares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on November 21, 2024, which was attached to the note in response and which supersedes and replaces the previous fairness opinion issued on October 25, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This assignment was led by Christophe Lambert<\/a> and Maxime Rogeon<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
