On July 27, 2022, the Board of Directors of EDF SA appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed simplified tender offer initiated by the French State, acting through the \u201cAgence des Participations de l’Etat<\/em>\u201d, and targeting the EDF equity securities.<\/p>\n

Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on October 26, 2022, as well as an addendum dated November 18, 2022 and a supplemental note dated November 22, 2022, which were all attached to the note in response.<\/p>\n
