On August 18, 2022, the Supervisory Board of Bluelinea SA appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed simplified tender offer initiated by APICIL Pr\u00e9voyance and APICIL Mutuelle and targeting the Bluelinea SA shares.<\/p>\n

Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued a fairness opinion on October 19, 2022, as well as an addendum dated November 28, 2022, which were attached to the note in response.<\/p>\n
