On April 3, 2024, the Board of Directors of Micropole appointed Finexsi as independent expert in connection with the proposed public tender offer initiated by Miramar Holding and targeting the Micropole shares.<\/p>\n

Following its due diligence, Finexsi issued on May 28, 2024 a fairness opinion, which was attached to the note in response.<\/p>\n
