After a first experience of more than four years at Finexsi, which he joined in 2016, Quentin broadened his expertise through complementary roles, first at the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) within the Issuers Department, and later in mergers and acquisitions at Societex Corporate Finance. He rejoined Finexsi in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He has solid experience in valuation, financial advisory, and financial communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quentin regularly works on financial valuation assignments, both in the context of market transactions (fairness opinions) and contractual engagements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also carries out statutory audit assignments relating to contributions and mergers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
