Until 2024, she was also involved in a large number of audits of company and consolidated financial statements under IFRS and French GAAP in a variety of business sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Areas of expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mallaury provides consultancy services to finance departments, helping them to restructure and address their financial management issues (financial processes and reporting, cash management, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>She has extensive experience of financial valuations and is involved in contractual valuations and market transactions (independent appraisals).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mallaury has also managed audit mandates for major French groups with international operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>She has developed expertise in financial valuation and in advising finance departments.
