Every year, Finexsi recruits young graduates, experienced professionals and interns in order to:

strengthen and develop our teams in all our business areas,

support our growth,

enable us to provide the most talented people to our clients and business referral partners,

identify and train our future managers.

Finexsi's strategy

We want to establish ourselves as a leading independent firm in financial valuations, advice and appraisals, and also in the audit field.
We want to grow, so that we have even more resources to invest in our teams and our international development, in order to serve our clients more effectively.

1. What kind of people are we looking for?

Women and men looking for a distinctive professional experience:

    • A close-knit firm that encourages open discussion between people of different levels of seniority;

    • A multi-discipline career covering audit and financial advice, offering a wide range of potential projects in which to develop your technical skills and build experience;

    • A client portfolio that features an increasing number of prestigious clients (fast growing companies, listed SBF 250 companies, investment funds, family offices etc.)

    • An excellent working environment

Women and men who want to progress quickly and take on responsibility => when we hire someone, we ask ourselves whether he/she will make a good manager, because that’s crucial.

Women and men who are prepared to buy into a business plan and take full advantage of it => experience in dealing with people, development of technical skills and attractive remuneration.

Young graduates and students: we are looking for business school students, engineering students and university students on finance-focused masters’ programmes.

We are also looking for experienced professionals with a strong track record working for audit or consultancy firms (valuation, transaction services, accounting and financial solutions).

2. What Finexsi can offer you: a career to match your ambitions

Steady progress and constant support throughout your career. A mentor to advise you at all times.
Regular updates regarding your progress, performance and targets.
Remuneration that grows in line with your performance. Fixed salary plus bonuses, with the latter proportion likely to increase over time.

A professional development plan to help you meet our requirements

Every staff member has a professional development plan based around a common core (accounting and financial techniques, audit methods, tools, financial valuation etc.). Professional development modules are provided by our partner ATH and by our internal competence centres.
Employees with fewer than five years of experience do between six and ten days of professional development per year.
More experienced staff also carry out custom modules depending on their career targets and their individual performance enhancement plans.

3. A simple, effective recruitment process

Pre-selection based on CVs and covering letters (please enclose a covering letter)
Two interviews, each with a Partner and a Manager
No trick questions or personality tests: we want to get to know you, understand your career plans and ambitions, and find out what makes you the right person for the job.
